Pick Local if you want the lowest cost and no conversation text sent to an AI service, and you have a capable machine (16 GB RAM recommended; a GPU helps). Reply quality is basic, so keep approvals on.
Pick a managed plan if reply quality matters most. For each reply, the conversation and the details the AI looks up go through Gravaxis’s servers to Anthropic, a US company, to write it; we do not store them.
No. Prices are in Indian rupees per month and exclude 18% GST. GST is added to your bill: for example, the Local plan is ₹1,999 plus ₹359.82 GST, ₹2,358.82 a month in total. We issue a GST tax invoice for every payment. GST at the rate in force applies to plans, add-ons and extra AI replies. Give us your GSTIN when you request access so that you can claim input tax credit.
Monthly, in Indian rupees. Once our online payments are live, you can pay through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited) by card, UPI Autopay or a bank e-mandate: your subscription then renews automatically each month until you cancel, and for card and UPI mandates your bank or UPI app notifies you before each debit. During early access we may instead invoice you each month. Extra AI replies are invoiced separately after the month.
During early access we may offer one: ask us. A trial is free and does not turn into a paid subscription by itself. If you do not choose a plan when it ends, the AI assistant pauses. During a trial, the plan’s monthly reply allowance applies, and we do not charge for extra replies.
An AI reply is each piece of writing Managed AI does for you: an answer or draft for a customer’s message (counted once, however many steps it takes, and whether it is sent, edited or rejected), a suggested reply, a follow-up draft, a conversation summary, or a summary of your team’s messages when a chat is handed back to the assistant. A customer’s message is counted once Managed AI has processed it, even if the assistant then hands the chat to a person or does not reply. Unused replies do not carry over to the next month.
Extra AI replies on managed plans are ₹10 each, plus GST (₹11.80 in total). They are not taken by your payment mandate: after the month, we email you a separate GST invoice with the number and amount. Managed AI pauses for the rest of the billing period if the AI cost of your usage reaches what you pay for that period (your plan, add-ons and extra replies, excluding GST). This can happen before your plan’s included replies are used, for example with very long conversations or very long knowledge-base entries. The dashboard tells you when this happens; email us and we will help you choose a plan that fits. The Local plan has unlimited AI replies, because the AI runs on your own PC.
Yes, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not refund partial periods except as our refund policy and the law provide. Cancellation and refund policy.
If a payment fails, the AI assistant keeps working for 7 days after the end of the period you have paid for, while you sort it out. After that, or when a cancelled subscription ends, the AI assistant pauses and updates stop. The rest of Stagehand (inbox, contacts, bookings, quotes and exporting your data) keeps working on your computer.
An add-on for managed plans that writes Managed AI replies with the most capable Claude model we offer, currently Claude Opus 5.5. It costs the plan price again, so you pay twice the plan price in total, plus GST: for example, Starter with Premium AI is ₹9,998 plus ₹1,799.64 GST, ₹11,797.64 a month in total.
An add-on for managed plans: Managed AI writes replies, and Local AI on your own PC answers when Managed AI is unavailable (for example during an outage) or paused for the month by a usage limit. Local AI does not answer when the AI assistant is paused because the subscription has ended, a payment is overdue or the license could not be checked. The price is on request: ask us.
Each plan covers one WhatsApp number and the Stagehand service on one computer. Team members are unlimited and can open the dashboard from any computer. You can move the license to a new computer from Settings › Subscription.
Stagehand is in early access, so there is no self-serve checkout yet. Request access; we aim to reply within 2 working days with your plan details, our terms to accept by email, and then a payment link or an invoice. After payment, your license key arrives by email, normally within 1 working day of payment, and we send you the installer and setup help by email.
