Delivery policy

What you receive

• Your license key, by email.
• The installer for Windows or Linux, which we send you separately by email (there are no public downloads).
• Setup help by email: how to install Stagehand AI, activate the license and connect your WhatsApp number. Email support continues after that.

When and how

• After your payment is confirmed (or when we start your trial), we email your license key to the email address you gave us, normally within 1 working day, and send the installer and setup help in the same way.
• There is no physical shipping and no delivery charge.
• Activating the license needs an internet connection.

Supported systems

• Windows 11 (recommended) or Windows 10, 64-bit, with an installer, a background service and the Stagehand desktop app. Windows 10 is supported on a best-effort basis, because Microsoft no longer supports it.
• Ubuntu or Debian, 64-bit (x86-64), with a .deb package or a tarball.
• Local AI needs a capable computer: 16 GB RAM recommended, and a GPU helps.

If you have not received it

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, email info@gravaxis.in with your business name, the email address you used and the date of payment, and we will resend it. If we cannot deliver Stagehand AI to you at all, we refund your payment in full to your original payment method, starting the refund within 5–7 working days of approving it (see How refunds are paid).

Early access

Stagehand AI is in early access, so there are no public downloads or self-serve checkout yet. Request access; we aim to reply within 2 working days.
